I ve primarily read this as an audiobook You may listen to the contents and think it s common sense and that really you knew most of this already if you re that kind of person, but it s good to understand the theory of why some approaches are used, why some work in certain circumstances and not in others and how ultimately you can work better to reach an agreement I would recommend this book as a basic guide to negotiation.
