I bought this for my youngest grandchild for Christmas I wanted an old fashioned story book and chose this one because it has lots of pictures This really enhances stories for children, as we all know, and they are not too long for my son to read to her before bedtime I do hope she loves it. Lovely little book Had not heard most of the stories before, so it wasn t just extracts of, for example, the faraway tree Lovely little illustrations, just a shame there wasn t one for every story. A beautiful book, which can be kept for years It was one of a 2 year olds Easter presents he loves the stories to be read to him at bedtime Very happy with it.
