Well, I scored an autographed copy while on vacation, first read by this author, local color for Cape Cod. It's a little stiff, and her management of the time period (late 1800's? never told)is not the best, but once it gets rolling it moves right along. I figured it out about halfway thru, so no surprises at the end. It's a good vaction book, quick easy read.

A charming cozy with a real twist at the end. I did not know that the Marine Biological Lab at Woods Hole owed its beginnings to a woman, Cornelia Clapp. And the identity of the murderer was well hidden.
